Hey guys,

I have time today to work on the MT08 today. So I will finish the LEDs. Then start running test on all the apps I have so far. Also will post video and photos today if I get lucky. This MT08 ( multi touch 2008) is 95 % done with the hardware. The look is a different story altogether. I have to paint it still and finish the box. Mainly the bottom and lower sides. Add wheels and Air flow holes. Also add a power strip. As this is just a prototype I will not go too crazy on the look. The next one I build will be top notch. I have a few tricks up my sleeve for that one. So stay tuned today for photos and videos on my MT08 DI set up.

It’s about done. I worked on this all night. Wow it’s 3:16 am right now. wired up the rest of the LEDs. I have 80 so far. 4 strips of 20. 940 nm wavelength. Also my fire i web cam arrived today. So I got to work removing the IR block filter. That took me a while. After I got that I started working on the LEDs. So right now I’m 95 % done. All I have to do is point the LEDs and tweek the config xml filters, and I’m good to go.

I will have photos up soon. Maybe tomorrow. This project has took some time. Waiting on parts and finding time and money to work on this. Well it’s payed off.

I better get some sleep.
